How long for bimix punctures to heal and does it cause venous leak?

How long does it take for puncture to heal? I just started and eat to avoid causing scar tissue. Also, I know the general consensus is no more than three times a week, but my urologist is more lenient and said no more than every 24 hours. Is this ok? You have so much real estate on where you can inject and I can probably inject in four areas on one side before going to the other side of my shaft. Would I still cause scar tissue if I spread the injection sites?

I don't know how long it takes the puncture to heal but I haven't had a problem. I'd keep it to 3 times a week for your normal routine. I think the occassional binge is probably ok.

Seems like the puncture wound heals immediately or in hours.

I haven't seen any consensus on whether needle damage or Bimix/Trimix acidity or another chemical factor causes scar tissue. I imagine my length divided into five zones and alternate sides each time. This gives me a repeat in a zone only every tenth time. After eight years and 400 injections I may have a little scar tissue but I'm not sure; if I do, it's no problem.

If you search FT for "scar tissue," you'll find that we're all different. Some guys have injected a lot more than me and report none.

I injected for nearly 10 years and never formed any scar tissue. I used Trimix, QuadMix, and finally BiMix with atropine. I used each of them for a few years before switching to the next. I injected regularly. I never shot more than once in 24 hours. There were a times that I injected on consecutive days but not usually. There were stretches of time I didn’t inject often. Just like most men’s sex life. Some times it’s steady. Sometimes it slows down.

It’s important to use good technique. Know the landmark and have a sense of the anatomy you are injecting. The needle straight in. The entire time the needle is inside make certain it stays still. Any swinging/tilting movement of the plunger would cause the needle to sweep back and forth inside slicing the cavernosa tissue causing bleeding and trauma. Pull the needle straight out with no tilting. Hold pressure on the site of injection for a minute or so. Meanwhile gently massage the penis helping to distribute the medication.

Just as women are told to get familiar with their breast tissue and regularly palpate it to check for lumps, any man injecting should do the same with his penis. Feel for lumps in the areas where you inject. A pea sized lump that goes away within 24-36 hours from time to time is not a problem. But any changes in texture or lumps that don’t go away are red flags. If you notice that pause injections and go see your urologist.

Some people will easily form scar tissue and injections won’t be a good solution for them.

ED like a lot of other conditions is progressive. Hopefully your progression will be a snails pace and injections will work for you without problems forever.
