Post Injection Site Pain

Hi,

I injected a few mcg of PGE1 (2.0 mcg) yesterday but have been having pain at the injection site today with no pain in other parts of my penis. I know PGE1 is known to cause pain but the dosage seems too small to have caused pain so it seems that the injection was the issue?

I have hard flaccid so my CC is more firm than usual so I am not sure if that creates more resistance with the needle? I used a very thin needle as well (33 gauge 9 mm) and pushed slowly into the corpra. The needle is even thinner than what most people use here (27-31g) so I am not sure why I am having pain and aches at the injection site.
