Trimix, tolerance so quickly?

Hello, I'm new here, but I've been reading posts for about a year. I developed ED due to cycling. I injured the pudendal nerve and lost almost all subtle sensitivity in the glans, which left me unable to have intercourse using PDE5 pills, so I ended up having to use Trimix. The sensitivity is enough to achieve orgasm, but not enough to maintain an erection in certain positions where vaginal friction is lower.

Since I initially had no vascular issues detected by Doppler, I only needed 5 units of Trimix 10-1-30 (PGE, Fent, Papa) to achieve a good erection lasting one hour. Now, after a year of use and approximately 100 injections, I’m having to use 18 to 20 units to get a firm erection. If I use 10 units, the erection can last up to 2 hours, but the rigidity is poor. With 20 units, I get a 9/10 erection that lasts 3 hours.

For those of you who have been using it longer — did you also have to triple the dose in such a short time?

Have the same experience started at 10 units of 30-1-20 of trimix affter a year or so went up to 20 - 25 units changed to 30-2-20 for about a year at 20 units now after 5 years I'm using 30-1-25 at 20-25 units i stay hard for about 2 hours simi hard another 3 hours hasn't changed for awhile hopefully it will stay at this dose

I injected for nearly 10 years. My required dose went up VERY quickly. In the first few years nearly every vial had to be an increased concentration. Within a few years I was on a very concentrated quad mix. The prostaglandin dose became very high and even though it was still working fairly well the ache became so bad we had to try to find a solution without prostaglandin.

Ultimately my dose requirement stabilized and the increase in my dose requirement slowed way down.

The last 2 years I was on the most concentrated mix of Papaverine, Phentolomine, and Atropine the compounding could make. When the effectiveness of that dwindled to about 20 minutes of erection time I got an implant.


Why did my dose requirement increase so quickly? No one knows. Why did it (sort of) stabilize? Once again, no one knows. But I was really happy with injections while they lasted. Now I’m super happy with my implant.
