Papaverone- new rules...again

Postby jimmac » Wed Sep 17, 2014 8:13 am

I've filled my perscription 3 times now and everytime there are new rules. First time it came in 2 vials and had to be refrigerated so I bought a special cooler to carry it when traveling. I was instructed to draw .5 units from the vials. Second time it had to be frozen and came in 10 tiny vials. I drew .5 units and then resealed the vial as before. This last time I was told the compounding pharmacy would no longer be preparing my medication because a pharaceutical company was now doing it. My perscription was filled with 5 small vials with 2ml each. The pharmacist repeatedly warned me to only draw the prescribed .5 units and throw away the remainder. It seems the new vials are not steril for a second use. The cost originally was $140. and now due to the continued changes will increase the cost to $300. Any one had similar experience?

jmmc:

For some reason your post reminded me of The Guns Of Naverone -- and now the soon to be sequel "The Biggg Guns of Papaverone" ... Should be an award winner!

Are you really just getting Papaverine as the only ingredient in that 'compounding' ?? Or is it Pap + Phent .. or even Trimix?

Sounds like you are really getting jerked around and the price is pretty outrageous for you now.

Check your private email from me for a cheaper solution maybe ...

RP 2008 ... MUSE 2008-9 .. TriMix Gel 2009 .. Trimix 2009-2015 ... PGE-1 2016-2019 ..Misoprostal 2019 Onward. All worked.
