Hi guys. Back again, wife and I are going to try the meds Tuesday. Kids will be back to work. I received a script from Pharmalabs it says intraurethral gel on the script. Looking at instructions it is inserted via urethral opening. Anyone familiar with this med. My Uro Doc filled out a script and referred me to Pharmalabs website in regards to usage. Anyone with experience or a heads up for me?

Howdy HLB, I've been using the Trimix intraurethral gel for several years because I really don't like sticking a needle in my dick. When I use the Trimix (1000MCG-PG/30MG-PAPA/2MG-PT/ML), I'll inject .15ml into my meatus then massage my penis to push the gel towards my bladder. I'll then use a VED for about 5~min to plump up my dick, after which I'll use a nylon stocking in a quick release tourniquet chinch fashion around my whole package to keep the blood within, then I'll stroke to orgasm . . .

I use a product that called "Trimix Gel" that I inject into my urethral meatus which causes an erection in about 5<>10 minutes with stimulation. As a matter of fact, I did that just this morning when I had solo sex.

I'm a big fan of plumping up -- it almost guarantees a good hit with the needle, especially if I aspirate a little blood to verify the target. But I'm curious about plumping up in the VED… it seems like a good idea but I'm limp as a wet noodle immediately when I remove the VED. Do you use a constriction ring? Or how do you stay plump?

I didn't know St. Maarten had such a reputation. Other than just being ½ French -- which may be enough -- the only decadence I observed was at Orient Beach before Irma (and it was pretty tame, even largely family friendly)

Yes thats what I do, I pump it up in the VED then I put a C ring to keep it plump. Like you said way easier to hit the target.

I don't have leak so I remain plump for a long time without a ring, however I do administer the shot as soon as I get my dick out of the VED. So I guess I am lucky that way. Trimix makes me last longer as well, a lot longer, so much so that we have gone well over an hour when I used to shoot in 3-15 minutes before.

Ok St.Maarten, the sin is on the Dutch side, must be 15 houses of ill repute there as well as the Platinum Club...premium European girls.
