Having good luck so far, although yesterday was a bit of a scare as I was hard for almost 4 hours before it went down (with a little help from my wife). Not convenient or safe. Going to have to adjust my dose down a bit I think, but weird because 23 units has been the sweet spot for a while now.
As it turns out, I drew the last needle I can draw from my working vial this morning. It’s empty.
But - I do have a vial that I got way back in August, and kept in the freezer until December or so. Only used it once or twice that month (that’s when I got a priapism with 35 units, which I will not do again!). Put that vial back in the freezer after that (in late December) and just took it out again a week or two ago.
Is it worth trying that vial again? It’s almost full and I did get soaked $500 for it (“Game Day” men’s center - beware, they overcharge!). I feel like it can’t hurt to try, but - could it? Can this stuff go bad?
For the record, the vial I just finished has been in my possession since… February. In the fridge. Been working fine all this time.

Aged Trimix
Genetically sky-high Lp(a) of 390 led to various heart diseases. Ultra-low testosterone of 120 (now 480 with Clomid) also contributed to ED at age 41. Managing with daily Cialis, but for me, the implant is a "when", not an "if".

Re: Aged Trimix
I am on my very first vial which was dispensed 16 months ago. It is kept in the freezer except when I take it out for a few minutes to fill a handful of syringes. This has happened, perhaps, 10 times (so, 10 cycles of thaw and re-freeze). The vial is 10ml and I use about . 0.02 per shot so I expect it to last a while more. I have not noticed any loss of potency or efficacy.
Born 1954. Diabetes, hypertension, atherosclerosis. Sildenafil iffy. Tri-Mix 30/3/20 Pap/Phen/PGE1 godsend pending long-term efficacy. Daily Cialis. Tried LiESWT 4 times, Botox, PT141, Eroxon, QST, DUS, Vertica, Ferticare, cabergoline, psycho+hypnotherapy

Re: Aged Trimix
At this point I am still on the same vial, which I purchased in August of 2025 and has been in the fridge since December 2025. It’s now late June 2026.
So over 6 months in the fridge for sure.
At what point should I consider the vial “dead”? Obviously when it stops working, but I feel like an odd case because I think a lot of my ED is psychological at this point and there is the possibility that injecting sugar water would convince my brain to lay off enough for erections to happen.
