Staying hard problem

Been using trimix for 6 years now after injection i get rock hard only if lying down or sitting if i stand up i go soft any ideas why this is happening
74 years old Been using trimix since 2020 works great for me didn't like pills to many side effects had ED since 2016 just also started 5mg cialis daily November 2025 for enlarged prostate using along with trimix

Same thing happened to me. Venous leak got worse causing Trimix or Quadmix to not work.

I had the same Problem after 8 years,
My uro told me when I started on trimix that I would eventually need an implant.
He was right.
Started with Viagra at age 40. Worked good for about 12 years.
Tried Trimix injections, worked great for about 8 years
Now Trimix no longer works.
I got implant on Oct 26th 2022.

Yep, as with the others, the leakage gets too great. I ramped up to the max dose of Quad-mix (and Cialis at the same time) and it got to the point where I only had a soft erection at best. I waited too long as it became more than obvious I needed an implant. Don't put it off. Find a good doctor and get an implant. Life is too short to be missing out on great sex!
75 YO (1951). Happily married since 1972 (A couple since 1968). ED since age 60. Viagra, then Cialis, Trimix/Quadmix and VED. AMS 700 21cm + 1cm RTE left side, MS pump & 100cc reservoir. Implanted using Infrapubic procedure Jan 21, 2026.
