More difficult to reach orgasm?

Does anyone else find it more difficult to reach orgasm with injections?
Or is it just a thing as you get older?

Sometimes I just have to stop once the wife is satisfied and she can’t take any more…

For me it definitely takes longer.Don't know why.Have not heard why Trimix does that.Waiting a few days longer between "sessions" seems to help.

For me, it's definitely an age thing. The last time I had a PIV orgasm was on my 70th birthday, and I remember that took a lot of effort. That was 5 years ago, and before I went down the Trimix/Quadmix road, so that was not a factor. Same situation with my implant, PIV climax isn't in the cards now. But with the implant, I enjoy the heck out of pounding my wife for as long as she wants and she comes multiple times. I guess there's just not enough rub now for me as we have to use lube since she is otherwise pretty dry (another age related side effect). Once she's done, it's my turn and I can get off either by hand or with a vibrator. Takes more effort than it used to, but I get there. Wife enjoys the heck out of watching as well.

Bottom line; we really didn't know what the hell we had once upon a younger life, then it seems like it disappears out of nowhere. But, you make adjustments and take all the pleasure you can get.

BTW, waiting a few extra days between "sessions" helps here as well.

It got worse for me the longer I was on injections, until orgasm became very difficult. That continued after I received an implant, but is getting better over time. I think injections definitely affect orgasm ability.

On injections it took a longer time to finish, but I had a lot more energy then so it didn't matter. That was not always the case though, sometimes I could finish in 3 minutes, or less. I assume that was due to the length of time between orgasms.
Now after implanted for 6+ years, and getting older, and a new medical issue, and gaining weight it has made getting to the finish line more of a challenge. Like everything about getting older, you just have to accept what life hands you. But, I'd rather be here and complain than find out about the other option.

I have the same issue. Hard as steel and I can go for an hour until wifey say its enough.

Cialis or Viagra did the same thing but not as worst as injections.

There's a lot of discussion of this in the "Delayed Ejaculation" topic. Some say it's aging, others blame Trimix. I have no opinion one way or another. I've used Trimix once a week for nine years and anorgasmia hit me after four years, around age 77.

I've asked urologists, a dermatologist, and a general practitioner about the special glans nerve endings and

My wife, also age 81, gets the best hormone replacement therapy and thus gets as wet as a young woman, and so I enjoy her welcoming vagina until she says, "Ok, I'm done." Better than nothing, huh?

I have noticed the delayed ejaculation/orgasm as well being on Trimix for the past 12+ years...Sometimes I can get so close then nothing and will try and peak again. However I do find certain positions will help. One thing I have also noticed is when I do orgasm/ejaculate it lasts twice as long....Sometimes my GF/partner is amazed when I'm ejaculating how long it lasts....The volume of the ejaculate is also way down but I've read that comes with aging..The days of "shooting ropes" is long gone for me. I guess you have to find what works for you at different times. Sometimes it's a change in positions, or it's oral or a handy that does it...Either way I try and just enjoy the "ride".

Idk if its an age issue but for me, it’s definitely trimix. I’ve injected more than 750 times and have not had a PIV orgasm since injection number 4. Tried everything under the sun and nothing has worked. The only saving grace for me is that the wife gets hours of orgasms and if I’m lucky, I get one big one at the end with my hand. It’s a trade off I can live with.
