Swollen vein after injection

Hello evereone.
I make injections for about 5 years.
And now after the injection rhere is like a ball in the vein.
A little, but hard.
And the vein that was on top of the penis began to visibly protrude.
It takes for about 7 days to make it ball flat.
Who has the samw problem?

This is probably from injecting some Trimix outside of the corpus cavernosum.
Age 81 in 2026. On testosterone replacement due to hypothalamus malfunction. (Attention depressed guys: low testosterone is a cause.) Healthy health nut but ED due to getting old. Like to keep enough cardiovascular ability to thrust for 25 min.

I injected for over 10 years. Every once in a while I got a hard pea sized lump. It went away after a few days. It was difficult to figure out the exact cause.

I just made sure I held firm pressure on the injection site for a minute or two after.
57yo, NYC. ED started at 40. Pills, then shots for 10 years. 24cm Coloplast Titan XL w/classic pump by Dr Eid 3/25/2025. Will meet for show & tell.

Did you make injections yourself or with auto-injector?

I never used an auto-injector. I just used regular syringes. I think they were 31g that were 5/16”.
