stronger Trimix no orgasm

Postby Budward » Thu Sep 03, 2026 6:56 pm

I just upped my dosage of Trimix and went an hour with my wife and couldn't come, almost like I am desensitized, I am pretty down on this as Trimix to this point has been great, but this is not good. Any advice on how to combat this, I used to come anywhere from 3-15 minutes before but now it takes a long time?

If I had an implant would I go back to being mr. right now, at least I would come.

My number one problem is anorgasmia. I refer to it as anorgasmia vs. delayed ejaculation since once I lose the feeling there is no amount of thrusting that's going to bring it back. So delayed is not really the appropriate term.

I'm interested in the question as to whether TriMix helps or hurts ejaculation. I posed the question to a world-class urologist, and his opinion was that since it gave reliable erections it was probably helpful to the overall ejaculation process. He's involved in trying to help my issue and has proposed a number of solutions, all of which both he and I would classify as experimental. (Although, I think most here on FT would opine that it is harmfull.)

I would immediately go for an implant if I thought it would solve my sensitivity problem. But I don't see any reason why my dick will become more sensitive with an implant in it than with the trimix pumped-up little fella..

My current assessment of the problem is that years of diabetic neuropathy and atherosclerosis have drastically reduced the nerve sensitivity. Drug solutions that I've tried (and are currently active), include cabergoline, buspirone, bupropion and estradiol patches to boost my estrogen. I've also had two surgical epidurals on my lower back to see if that boosts the nerve sensitivity (it didn't). Most recently, and most experientially encouraging, not to mention controversial, has been softwave therapy on my pudendal and dorsal nerves. I go to a pelvic floor therapist who offers softwave and have undergone 10 sessions. Each session is 6,000 shocks and costs $500-700 so it's not cheap nor sustainable. But I've had my best response to date. We'll see about long-term!
Born 1954. Diabetes, hypertension, atherosclerosis, MI. Sildenafil became ineffective. Tri-Mix 30/3/20 Pap/Phen/PGE1 godsend so far. Daily Cialis. Tried LiESWT 13 times, Botox, PT141, Eroxon, QST, DUS, Vertica, Ferticare, cabergoline, psycho+hypnotherapy.

How quickly were you ejaculating before you upped your dosage?

When I started lower dose Trimix 3 years ago the results were astounding, hard ons for the first time in 10 year, the pills stopped working then. I would get off in about 20 minutes. As I increased dosage to get erections I was taking up to an hour.

With the new dosage the first time the same, then on Sunday i went for an hour and knew it wasnt going to happen.
If I thought I could get sensitive with a implant then I would move towards that but perhaps this is a question on the implant forums??
