Trimix Injection Problems

Hi, having issues getting results with injections.

I am getting fluid build up at the base of my penis when injecting but no results with erection.
I was initially doing fine with Trimix but now I am not getting results and main see my penis swell up with fluid but not turning purple as when I hit a vein.

I am on Coumadin so I always apply pressure for about 5 minutes.

So I looked at the prescription and the vial is a year old today.
I remember having an extra vial and it did not go in the freezer right away, but maybe a month later after I got it.
I has been out of the freezer since about April 2014 and just sitting in the fridge.
I have had some major heart issues so was unable to use it.

I am getting results with the new Stendra (like Viagra) but not quite as much as I want.
My heart meds have chanted and I am now experiencing some very nice nocturnal erections which I have not had in years on the higher doses of Beta Blockers I was on before.

My Urologist also said he is not sure of the results of using Trmix at the same time as Viagra but he does not see it as a problem because they work differently for ED. He said I could try a small 50mg dose of Viagra along with the Trimix.

Soooo, I am wondering if after watching the injection videos and rereading the instructions from several sources that I feel that I'm injecting correctly.

Maybe my Trimix is just not potent enough after this time and rather than initiating an erection it is simply is filling my penis and is just extra fluid.

What else would cause this swelling and fluid on the outside of my penis.

Any suggestions?

I am an insulin diabetic so I'm quite comfortable with a needle.

I have gone shallow and deeper when injecting now and still not working.

I did have good results before when I first tried it.

My injection is .6 cc.

I also thought about going back to the Urologist.

I have no clue as to why you have fluid build-up under the skin (edema) of your penis. Sounds like you need a doctors advice on this. What size needle are you using?

I have been using Trimix for over three years and it's effectiveness has been declining over the past 12 months or so. In this connection, I find that 50 mg of Viagra improves the effectiveness; however, my erection quality is still only 90 to 95% and rarely lasts longer than 90 minutes.

I use 31 gauge insulin needles.

On the issue of Viagra, did you reduce your Trimix amount any or do you use the same dose as before.

Also, how long. I use 1/2" 30 gauge because I had too many misses and bent needles with 5/16", 31 gauge.

I have actually been increasing the dose and recently increased the strength. Did I mention I also take daily Cialis.
