Trimix-QuadMix-PentaMix: Questions

Hi Folks, hope you all had a good weekend. I have been on the following 3 injection so far this year. The most recent is the PentaMix, which got prescribed because the Trimix and QuadMix has become less and less effective.

Trimix 50
Papaverine HCl 30 mg/ml
Phentolamine Mesylate 1 mg/ml
Prostaglandin E1 50 ug/ml

QuadMix:
Papaverine=30mg/mL;
Phentolamine=2mg/mL; (can increase: 4 mig/ml)
Prostoglandin E1=20ug/mL; (Can increase to 50mcg)
Forskolin=100mg/mL

PentaMix
Papaverine=30mg/mL;
Phentolamine Mesylate=4mg/mL
Prostoglandin E1=5.88ug/mL
Forskolin=100ug/mL
Vasoactive Intestinal Polypeptid = 30ug/ml


Each of the three meds give me about 70%, erection, which I lose quickly in about 10minutes. However, when I use a ring, I am able to bring the erection to about 90%. Two issues occur then - if I remove the ring, I lose the erection quickly, and if I keep it on, I either don't ejaculate or if I do, the little that comes out is mixed with blood. Is this a common occurence with the rings? How can I improve this?

Secondly, soon after taking the PentaMix, I experience a lot of rapid heart beats - for about 5 minutes - and then tapers off. I don't recall experiencing this with Trimix or QuadMix. Anyone has any experience with increased blood pressure associated with the injectables?
