Alprostadil 12mcg & Phentolamine 1mg

Hey guys need a little info.
I asked for BiMix or TriMix from my Uro and after a year I look at the dosage close and notice I am getting Alprostadil 12mcg & Phentolamine 1mg.

Now from what I am reading BiMix should be:
Papaverine 30mg & Phentolamine 0.5mg
or
Papaverine 30mg & Phentolamine 1mg

With what the Uro has me on (Alprostadil 12mcg & Phentolamine 1mg) I am taking 40 units and getting fair/good results but would like a stronger dosage to make the vial last longer/cost less as soon I will not have any insurance.

Questions
Who else is on this formula and how is it working for you?
Should I ask to try one off the above BiMix or even TriMix?
What are your thoughts?

Hi Richard,

I don't have my prescription numbers in front of me, but you are on the right track in seeking a better price point. However, my insurance doesn't cover this and I have a pretty weak formula. BUT, I am achieving amazing erections with ZERO pain. The tradeoff is that I am taking 90-100 units each time. I'd like to get the units way down, obviously -- but not if that results in aching in the penis, which is what I had on my first prescription. It's my understanding that Alprostadil causes the ache. So sometimes its a tradeoff, I guess. Have you explained your concerns to your uro?

I have not talked to Uro about this but maybe next month, it will be interesting to see what he says.

How many syringes are you taking at one time? 3 maybe? That's a lot of shooting!!

Hi again, Richard.

I will provide the details of my prescription to you ASAP. Actually, my syringe holds 100 units so I only need one prick. There are some guys who take more than 100 units, as crazy as that sounds. So I have learned that the number of units is just that -- a number. I do want some greater efficiency, but after years and years of half-erections I have no problem paying $18-$20 a shot for the results I am achieving. That's still cheaper than full-dose Viagra, etc. Trimix is just so much better than the pills all around, in my opinion.

All that said, I still want to reduce my price point!

I would like to hear from someone else that is taking Alprostadil & Phentolamine, what kind of results are you having and what is your dosage?

I think I remember dimly ... from ancient past that one other person had something similar to yours. I remember it because we discussed that what he had should not be called BiMix but just Trimix-Minus-One. ( And his might have been PGE-1 and Papaverine).

I sure would like to have a true BiMix or TriMix to see how it would perform in comparison to what I'm on. I get my prescription from Mayo.
I will be talking to my Uro soon and we are going to have a big talk!
