Trimix didn't produce any errection

I'm suffering from venous leakage that was diagnosed through color doppler test. Used pills for a while but they were only partially effective. Then doctor asked me to try trimix. I have used it for 4 times so far but it hasn't produced any erections at all. Not sure why it didn't work. I'm pretty much sure that i'm injecting it correctly.

Secondly, i still remember that before color doppler test, i was given Alprostadil injection that did produce some erection. Although there was a slight pain but erection was there. However, nothing happened with Trimix and there wasn't any pain as well.

Started with 15 units and increased that up to 25 units but no improvement. Any thoughts about it?

After pills stopped working for me, I tried Caverject, Edex, and trimix in various doses over a period of months with no response at all to any of them. Hopefully you'll have better luck with further medication/dosage changes, but clearly injections don't work for everybody.

What is the dose you are using? When I started, I had to increase my dose from 25 units to 45 units before I achieved a usable erection.

Trimix comes in various mixtures of strengths for its ingredients. Just by number of units is meaningless and does not give enough information. Tell us the dosage strength of each individual ingredients in the Trimix mixture before any meningful interpretation can be made.

I'd move up by 10 unit increments until you start to get at least a decent semi. Then increase by 5 units. If at 50 units you still have no reaction, check back with your doc and discuss higher concentrated mix.
