Thanks Bill for your response.
I have been reading past post (as time allows) for information ever since I found franktalk. I have seen some post refer to a lump in the penis at or near the injection site and that that indicates that you possible missed the spot. When I injected the .15 on Sat. evening, I had a small lump come up. Is that really a sign of a missed injection? I mean, I had some success on this occasion but not near what I had the first time at .20. The lump was gone the next morning and I really haven't thought about it again until I read it in some post today.
Thanks to all who have responded, I hope to pay my experiences forward just as you all are doing with me.

Boondawg....
The only time I ever got the "lump" was early on, when i was just learning injecting.... I know that inserting needle JUST under the outer skin, but not all the way into the cavernosa will result in a lump.
I am now very careful to push needle all the way in up to the 'hub' of the syringe. Neveg had another lump since i learned that.

Re: Trimix Just got here today.
Well, back to the left side last evening. Perfect results with .16 dosage. Gonna go back to the right next time and hope for the same results that I have been getting on my left. Trimix is awesome for me. Pills had almost no effect at all except for the side effects.
Re: Trimix Just got here today.
Okay, so I want to give one final update. .15 cc on the right side this time was a success. Since being injected at the uro. office with .1 and only minimal success with it, I have had nothing but success at home with my wife. The results are perfect right now and the injection process right before, during the injection, and immediately after I am certain is the key. I hope that my sharing gives hope to anyone in need of it. I have battled my problem with ED for our entire sixteen year marriage and had almost no success with pills. I had all but given up. Now, I only wish I had tried injections earlier. In my case, I encourage you to go past your general practitioner and go on to a urologist. If something does not work, push on to the next step. In my own battle, I think one reason that I endured the failure of pills so long was to avoid my fear of further failure with injections. But, it didn't fail. Injections might not be the perfect solution, but for us, my wife and I, they are pretty close. The mood hits and I can literally be ready in less than five minutes. I am fortunate that the trimix works this rapidly for me.

if it does not get hard, try having your partner rub it.
if it goes more than 2 hours, try exercise. walking up and down stairs, exercycle, etc. cold compresses help. as do 100 mg of Sudafed.
