Rocky, my doc went straight to 45mcg PGE after my initial dosage wasn't nearly strong enough. At least it got me down to injecting .15ml.

Do you mind stating the script you have now for Trimix????
Mine is---Papaverine/Phentolamine/Alprostadil 30mg/1mg/5mcg--(doing 55+ units) and still trying to dial in??
Most likely will go to---Papaverine/Phentolamine/Alprostadil 30mg/1mg/20mcg--(any thoughts, anyone??)
Also do you suffer from (just) ED--or did you have other complications??
Me,--almost 72, and suffer (just) ED--also on a statin, and (2) kinds of blood pressure pills!!

I have just age, 80-- blood pressure meds, statins for cholesterol, --that is how I got my ED

What I get is in dry form, but maybe they can formulate it?
Oh by the way, I have just ED with no other issues.
I also use statins and Lisinopril and Amlodipine.
I probably drink too much beer also
