Trimix Pain

Postby PundaSmith » Sat Apr 11, 2015 1:00 pm

Hello,

For the past 8 months, I have been experiencing decreasing levels of effectiveness with Trimx - it turned out venous leak is the culprit.

Part A: Within a period of 5 months I went through the following different strengths of Trimix, increasing the dosage from 0.8 to 0.9 units. The result was often not strong enough for penetration.

    Trimix1: PGE1=10ug-ml/Phento=1mg-ml/Pap=30mg-ml
    Trimix-30: PGE1=30ug-ml/Phento=1mg-ml/Pap=18mg-ml
    Trimix-50: PGE1=50ug-ml/Phento=1mg-ml/Pap=30mg-ml
    QuadMix: 20ug-ml/Phento=2mg-ml/Pap=30mg-ml/Forskolin=100mg-ml

These shots were becoming more and more expensive, as I often had to take a full syringe, with little effect. A change was necessary.

Part B:. Beginning this year:
(1) I started paying closer attention to my health: exercising, dropping some pounds, and taking a few supplements like Maca, L'arginine, Tribulus.
(2) I followed the advice of a couple of people here to use rings with the injections to block the outflow, and bought a couple of rings to try.
(3) I asked the Urologist for a stronger prescription that will allow me to lower the dosage considerably, but at the same time give me enough woodie to be held by the rings.

He agreed, and welcome Mr. SuperStrengthTrimix: PGE1=80ug-ml/Phento=5mg-ml/Pap=30mg-ml

I started conservatively, 0.05, to 0.1, and finally to a maximum of 0.2 units, which gives me some woodie (not usable in itself, but with rings) suitable for penetration. The downside is the associated pain, due mainly, I think, to the high PGE1 (80ug-ml). Yes, it is painful, and I have to take lots of Tylenol to cope with it.

I am thinking of asking the Uro to go back to one of my earlier scripts: Trimix-50: PGE1=50ug-ml/Phento=5mg-ml/Pap=30mg-ml. Hopefully, this would result in less pain, but allow me to increase the dosage a bit and use the ring.

But I have some questions:

-- Since I have already been exposed to higher strengths of Trimix, will dropping the strength still work?
-- Secondly, are there others here on Trimix with higher doses of PGE1 (above 40 ug/ml), and what do you do to handle the pain?

Thanks - Punda

Hi PundaSmith,

Lowering the strength of your TriMix won't hurt anything. You should work with your uro to lower the dosage until you aren't experiencing any significant pain. I know it is a major consideration, but an implant might be worth considering if you can't achieve pain-free sex with Trimix or a similar drug.
I've tried everything -- pills, injections pumps -- and now I am at the final frontier.
