Question!

I have just started injection therapy without much success. My trimix ratio currently is papavarine 15 mg,phentolamin .5 mg and prostaglandin 5mcg/ml. I use an insulin syringe and inject 50 as shown on the syringe as doctor ordered. It works for about two minutes and then is a no show. Is it possible to change the ratio to increase the chance of success? What is the maximum amount that can be safely injected. As you can tell, I am frustrated and disappointed. Any help that anyone can give based on their experience would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

That sounds typical. I'd (and did) ask for a stronger dosage and cut down the amount injected.

Double the prostaglandin E1 and you proportions will match mine.

3 units give me a great erection for a couple hours ..... 4 or 5 units keep it going for another hour.

Ask you urologist for a new Rx, using 10 MCG ... you may get the same results.

If you look thru other posts you will see that we (as non-doctors of course) recommend one of the typical Trimix formulas of 10mcg Pge-1 30Mg Pap, 1mg Phent .. or sometimes even better 20mcg PGE-1 (the other two the same).

Getting a timid doctor to prescribe them is another issue -- best of luck on it.

You will get more shots and less cost per shot and a bigger E of course with the higher strengths.

My "cocktail" is, as is many others, 10/30/1. 10 units keeps me UP for 2-3 hours; its a whole lotta fun!!!
