Does size effect dose

I have a Trimix question. Does the size especially the thickness of the penis shaft effect the amount of Trimix that should be injected to attain an erection. It seems to me that a thick shaft would require a larger dose since there is more tissue to stimulate

Frankly in my exp the number of units in the dose does not effect the degree of the erection. Has anyone else found this to be true?

My experience has been the dose determines "length of time" rather than firmness.

As long as the small dose works, I am pleased with the duration.....

What is the strength/formulation of your tri-mix?????

I have a weak strength-- alprostadil 5 mcg/phentolaminte 1 mg/ papaverine 30 mg/
started on bi-mix--added the alprostadil--just not enough--would like to get units--way down!!

I will get the alprostadil up to 20mcg, when I go back in July
I'm having to do 75 units for a 8.5 to 9 erection that last max 45 min.
it seems the more units, over 50--does not seem to matter?? time or firmness??

I've never had pain with an injection other than when I hit a small nerve somehow.
