Pace of injections?

I'm trying to troubleshoot why I am only getting about 50 percent success. For me, it's either a 3 hour erection or nothing. I notice some people advocate for the "slow injection" technique of moving the needle in deliberately. But if the problem is "glancing" off the tunica, wouldn't one want to get good momentum going in so the needle could pierce it well?

Also, I am using 5/16 inch 31 gauge - Has anyone switched up higher in length and/or gauge and gotten better results than when they were with 5/16, 31?

I find with the slow injection method, I can feel the needle penetrate the tunica. I can feel it goes in much easier when it is penetrated. With the fast method, I don't think you could tell. I had to give up the 5/16" job when I bent 2 in one session. I guess the tunica gets tough over time.

I'm still pretty new at this but I've had 98% success using and auto inject it does all the work and depresses the plunger slowly and evenly for you. The very first time I injected myself I noticed I pulled about half the length of the needle out before the injection was done but still got enough in to get about a 50-60% erection, since that time no problems whatsoever.

Hope this helps. For what it is worth, bi-mix was somewhat mediocre for me. Tri-mix was much better in terms of great erections.

I know this sounds like a sales pitch but have you tried and auto inject set at 5/16" penetration? I can honestly say that it's worked for me 99.9% perfect!! just use the recommended gauge needle at 5/16 inch (8mm) depth from everything I've read penis size doesn't really have any importance in penetration depth of the needle.
