thanks for posting. i dont use the auto-inject and also use Bimix. not completely happy with Bimix as i don't get a full upright erection, but it is very usable. i had a bad experience with trimix gel on my first time so the Doc perfers to stay with bimix. most of the time it works well but i have had 3 attempts that have produced nothing. overall been doing this now for about 3 months, 2 or so times per week. up to 30units now and it lasts about 2 hours.
one question. your video does not show and you didnt mention, but do you massage in the medication at all or just stand and wait for the results? i generally massage in a few seconds.

@ tarheelgwb, I really dont massage I just hold preasure on the injection site about 3 to 5 minutes.
This was a test to see if the video would work I intended to post some notes to it that I didn't say in the video (I guess I'm a little camera shy). any way this is what I intended to post with the video;
Here is the video I finally got around to making It is a little crude but it does show most of the necessary information. A few notes that I didn't say while making it;
1st. I failed to show swabbing the area with an alcohol pad VERY IMPORTANT! Keep everything clean. I also wipe the area of the Auto inject where the syringe goes and the tip that goes against your body with an alcohol pad before inserting the syringe.
2nd. The auto inject is adjustable for different needle lengths and penetration depths the clinic provided 28ga. ½ inch needles that they set to only penetrate 5/16 inch. I have used 31ga. 5/16 inch needles and readjusted the depth to get the full 5/16” penetration however once I found a good urologist he really preferred the 28ga saying using the auto inject he was afraid of the needle bending or worse yet breaking. I figure he know best so 28ga it is and honestly I can’t feel any difference between the two there is virtually no pain at all the.
3rd. Pull the shaft of the penis taught and inject between 9 and 11 or 1 and 3 o’clock position.
4th. I stopped the recording a few times so it wouldn’t be too long. The segments are spaced about 1 to 1-1/2 minutes apart and the last segment is about the 5 to 8 minute mark.
And of course because I said no bleeding I had a drop of blood it does happen once in a while but rarely unless I’ve recently take some aspirin.

Re: Show and Tell
i am thinking of going bionic.
The Dr is good. I tried asking him a few questions and I did not get all of them answered.
The few he answered also made me wonder about a few other things.
Referred me to his secretary. She offered to answer any questions and told me I could call.
She was very nice but I do not want to ask her.
I understand that Dr has to see a certain amount of patients to cover the bills.
It is a business and he needs to make a living.
if I go bionic and I am not happy with it their is no tuning back. I am stuck with it. I was hoping that the shock-wave therapy would be available in the U.S.. Just found out with my problem probably would not help anyway.
As far as I know that is not permanent, at least I still have another option.
Yes, this site is very helpful. I have learned a lot thru this site.
I know I can post questions.
Maybe it would be a good idea if like around major cities a sort of meet and greet was held.
Not saying show and tell but nothing wrong with that.
Maybe the Drs would be interested in going.
Maybe like 2 or 3 times a year someone that has had it done could say Sunday afternoon at Starbucks, McD's or a Irish pub and answer questions.
Thank you

To me this is not a logical position. Are you satisfied with your situation as it is? Is it something you would want to turn back to? The odds are overwhelming that the implant will restore your functioning, that you will be happy with it, and that you will never entertain the idea of "turning back."
