help with orgasm

I am using Tri-mix.
But every once in a while, I cannot reach orgasm even though I still have erection from the Tri-mix. Is there anything that could help to reach orgasm?

Hi, I too occasionally have trouble achieving orgasm. I take Trimix as well. I am going to try and determine if it's because of my slowly advancing diabetes or because of the trimix. I am inclined to believe that it's because of the nerve damage from the diabetes, which I've had for almost 20 years.
Do you have diabetes? If so there's a significant chance that the diabetes is the culprit.

Then you have 2 choices: go to your urologist or quit taking the trimix on your own accord for a period of time. In that manner you will be able to tell sooner or later, if the cause is the trimix. If you are able to have normal orgasms when having oral or masturbation sex, then it probably IS the trimix.
If you also have trouble having orgasms via oral or masturbatory sex, then it's something more serious and needs to be investigated by a good doctor.

A big part of it is just being able to relax and let it happen. it may take you longer to get their using Trimix. This is also a huge problem with Viagra in some men. I had a terrible time climaxing while using Trimix, but I've solved that. Practicing solo can really help. I visited an adult toy store and purchased some masturbation sleeves called an egg. Just ask them for the Egg. I had some of the most powerful orgasims of my life using those toys, mostly because I was able to relax and just let it happen.
