Trimix gel turned into Caverjet ?

Comments on my thoughts below:
1. I have a script filled for Trimix gel at 1500mcg-300mcg-100mcg (Prostaglandin, Papaverine, Phentolamine).
2. It comes in 2 parts. The medication (powder) is in one injector and the gel in another. You mix the 2 parts together.
3. Caverjet is basically one drug, alprostadil.
4. Is alprostadil the same as Prostaglandin ?
5. If so, than if I mix the medication in 10 ml of BAC water I will then have a mix that than has a dose of 1500mcg-300mcg-100mcg (Prostaglandin, Papaverine, Phentolamine) per 10 ml (cc).
6. Then 1 ml (cc) would be a mix at 150mcg-30mcg-10mcg (Prostaglandin, Papaverine, Phentolamine)
7. After reading a number of post it appears that an average dose of alprostadil is around 20mcg.
8. If that is correct then I have just mix a batch with a dose of 15mcg per 0.1 ml (cc) or:
9. 22.5 mcg per 0.15 ml (cc) or…. 30 mcg per 0.2 ml (cc) or… You get the idea… Easy to adjust dose up for the correct response.
10. The Pap and Phen levels are so low that effectively they don’t count.
11. So a starting dose of 0.1 ml (cc) would be a good jumping off point to dial in the correct dose for me?
Does that sound reasonable?

Been there done that. You might even still be able to find my old posts on the subject.

However, I don't officially encourage anyone to do this since there's a lot to do to get it right and a lot that could go wrong. Most of us here don't know a gram from a ml from a microgram so is fraught with danger for many to attempt this sort of thing.

Also, even though the Pap and Phent were very tiny levels, they did reduce the ache. Can't explain how but ...

Jim,
I did see your old post. Looked like you were injecting 10 mcg.
I tried the gel and even did a double dose (3000-600-200) and all that did was get me at 50% for a short time Clearly the gel did nothing for me.
I am working on a REAL script for the “real deal”, but I have some “old stock” on the shelf and the “real deal” is in the works.
As long as my math is correct and I go low to start I should be safe.
If I started at 10 mcg that would be 0.07 ml (cc) and work up from there. 5 mcg would be about 0.03 ml (cc).
My understanding is that with the real trimix there is synergy between all 3 components that allows an overall lower dose to get the desired results as opposed to just using the Prostaglandin alone.
Anyway it is a consideration.
