Follow up to Cirgar56
To be clear I am not compounding my own trimix. It is provided by prescription by a compounder.
The extra step is:
I inject the provided water into a small vial of freeze dried trimix, swirl around a few times, then take the insulin needles provided and draw out the dose I need.

I get 4 vials or tri-mix and a 4 larger bottles of saline solution to mix it with along with 4 large syringes to add the saline for $110. I used to get more than 10 shots per vial which made the cost around $3 a pop when factoring in the cost of syringes and swabs. Now, I'm using a bit more so I'd guess 8 shots per vial. The single use vials don't sound very cost effective and maybe another compounder would work better for you. I'd even try getting it mail ordered from some of the places mentioned here on other threads.

Implant on 1/22/19 by Dr Avila.
Scrotal, hor. incision just over 1"
18cm AMS 700 CX, 3.5cm RTE 100cc res
Gleason 6 prostate cancer. Monitoring it for now.
Update: On my last biopsies the cancer wasn't found.
