How many injections per week?

I just injected successfully yesterday. Now my wife wants me to inject tomorrow. What are the guidelines?

Sounds like you and wifey had a great time. Congrats!

It's OK to inject at least 24 hours between shots. That keeps you within the guidelines. Conservative doctors say no more than 3-4 days a week. However, many people inject more often than that, and some of us have been known to inject twice in one day -- with at least 6-8 hours between shots.

To play it safe for now while you get started, stick to at least the 24-hour rule and try not to do it every day.

The cautions are related to priapism... fear that the trimix previously injected will remain in your system, and any addition might put you over the safety zone.....

My Urologist warns against anything more than every other day.

I have 'cheated' a few time with no negative reactions, but my dose was usually only 3 to 4 units.

An observation on what Oho said.

I have found that doing a second shot within a few hours of a prior one ( and you have gone mostly soft) is LESS effective. It is like Willy says.. Oh No Not Again .. and does not want to perform as well as before. But I suppose if you have a superhot gal wanting more in the early AM, well .. you are just not going to disappoint are you?? Just shoot!

Never found one shot to be additive to the last either (assumes your first shot is not usable anymore -- below 50% etc )...
