Please, has anyone been habitually (say two times a week) injecting twice a day, a few hours betwwen?

i have never injected more than once a day, however i dont always follow the 24hr wait period. the generally rule says to wait 24hrs. i think that is to ensure the medication is gone from the body before the next injection, otherwise priapism is more possible.

The most conservative doctors will tell you to inject no more than 3 or 4 days a week, with 48 hours in between. That can be pretty limiting for many people, so it isn't unusual to hear about guys injecting 5 or 6 days a week with only a 24-hour wait.

There are also reports of guys on vacation injecting at night and again in the morning, with say, 6 to 8 hours between shots. i have binged like that on vacation with no ill effects, but I would not make it a standard practice.

To be safe, consider injecting only once every 24 hours, with an occasional second shot the next morning for those special times.

As for the second part of your question, the effectiveness of the second shot should be as good as the first.
