Newbie1.

I have had this problem for a long time and there is a solution that I've used for years. It may or may not be right for you.

If you have had all the medical tests mentioned above and have exhausted any attempts to try to correct the "cause" of the problem then there is a pill you can take that will get you to orgasm.

When I first developed ED it was because of antidepressants. At that time, pre-Viagra, my wife read where the prescription Yohimbine HCL was effective in treating the problem. I tried it and it worked. The dosage was 5.4 three times a day. This pretty much kept you ready at any time for sex.

Fast forward as I got older, my doctor's had me try Viagra and Cialis. Those would cause an erection but I was never successful in reaching orgasm. There's a difference between blood flow to the penis and whatever causes ejaculations from the prostate.

Yohimbine HCL became unavailable at most pharmacies thanks to the advent of the little blue pill. After that happened I looked for it and found it herbally and it was just as effective. Primeforce makes capsules of 2500. You would have to take two of those three times a day to equal the dosage the doctors used in a prescription form.

So, I began using Cialis for the erection and Yohimbine HCL for the orgasm. I am now years into that and I find that I can take one 2500 capsule about 45 minutes prior to sex and it works.

There are some things to watch out for. First of all this drug raises your blood pressure for hours, sometimes most of the day. Second, it makes you jittery and anxious and can prevent sleep. These symptoms never bothered me initially when I took it at high dosages initially but later in life I do feel the side effects. I have high blood pressure controlled by medication. My doctor has told me that it is ok to occasionally, temporarily raise my blood pressure to 160/90 or similar. So, I have his blessing on the Yohimbine.

One thing I do is take a Cialis along with the Yohimbine. Cialis lowers your blood pressure and it tends to offset the raise in blood pressure caused by the Yohimbine. As far as the anxiety goes, I can tell the rest of the day that I've taken the pill, but I have tranquilizers prescribed as needed and I use one of those to keep the jittery feeling down.

You might now have any of these symptoms. I don't know how old you are and what dosages will help you but that is my story. I would suggest reading up on Yohimbine on the Internet. You will find a lot of information and most of it is accurate.

If you want to order some all you have to do is go to Amazon and search for Yohimbine HCL. You will probably see links to Primaforce which is the brand I get. It is reliable and consistent.

Maybe this will help you. I hope so. Good luck climaxing!!

Hi Guys

Just some thoughts from a guy that "wallows" in herbal science. Yohimbe is derived from the bark of an African tree. Yohimbine HCL as mentioned by Jonbald was approved for treating ED back in the dark ages before Viagra, Cialis, etc. Unlike Viagra and the others which are PDE-5 inhibitors, the action of yohimbe is not completely known, but it is said to increase circulation to the genitals as well as raise testosterone levels. Another herbal that works well is Maca (a Peruvian Potato), but you need to take it regularly in large quantities (3-4 gms/day)

In use, I find guys that love yohimbe -- gives them good erections and raises libido with few side effects, as well as others that have awful encounters with it. -- i.e. rise in blood pressure, cold sweats, hot flashes, headache, insomnia, and a host of other "un-nice" side effects.

But, yohimbe is a great herb --- IF --- it works for you and doesn't give you any nasty side effects.

Bottom line: everyone is different. The conventional medical paradigm of "one size fits all" is wrong. This applies to herbal medications too. I typically keep three different varieties of yohimbe around since the herbal extraction process varies among manufacturers. One brand may work well for you, and another give you nasty side effects. Trial and error is the way to go, but it still makes sense to check your prolactin and SHBG levels. Either one can cause anorgasmia, and it's relatively easy to correct both. Your doc will likely only order these at your request, but you can order the tests yourself thru a lab. If you want more info, private message me.
