Although Bimix gives me a 90% erection when I find the correct injections spot (I've missed it a few times), it does not cause the engorgement of the glans. Consequently, I can't get enough stimulation to the glans to enable orgasm. Very frustrating. My wife doesn't orgasm via intercourse and only stimulation of her clit works for her. Hang in there. I had Rp in 2013.usung Bimix strongest injection you can get. My biggest problem was not being able to ejaculate. Found out by masturbating that climaxes are on a whole different level. Before once I came it was over and done. Couple tips>>>1) try adjustable cock ring, putting on after injecting and leaving on for 30-60 min. It should firm up glans.
2) Take Cialis or 50 Mg Viagra (empty stomach) prior to injecting. Glans blood supply is separate from cavernosa and is effected by pills. 3) Get wife RX for Nitrofurantonin (Macrobid) and take immediately after sex..works as preventative for UTI related to sex. Works for my wife.

Similar to what Ra said about adjustable cock ring ... you can also try using a velcro cable tie around cock-n-balls.
