Looking for new Trimix Doctor

If anyone lives in the Long Island-NY area and has a physician who prescribes Trimix please either PM me or reply in this topic text the physician's name/phone number. My current physician has raised his prices on Trimix to an extreme and will not give a prescription so I can obtain myself directly from a compound pharmacy.Thank you all for any assistance you can provide.
70 year old legally separated retired health-care professional. ED began in my early 50's. Viagra worked great for about 5 years, then had cardiac by-pass surgery and eventually moved to injections about 10 years ago.

If you can find a compounding pharmacy, ask them which doctors prescribe tri-mix.
That's what I did for testosterone.
86 years
Inject testosterone weekly.
Implant on 1/22/19 by Dr Avila.
Scrotal, hor. incision just over 1"
18cm AMS 700 CX, 3.5cm RTE 100cc res
Gleason 6 prostate cancer. Monitoring it for now.
Update: On my last biopsies the cancer wasn't found.
