Can't orgasim

Does anyone have trouble reaching orgasim with injections? It was difficult with alprostadil with the pain but could get there... with my bimix I cannot get to that point? It's very damn frustrating and depressing as all hell..

I have a similar problem with Bimix. It doesn't make me hard enough and my glans doesn't engorge due to R.P. surgery. One-half of my Bimix order was frozen but seems to have died before I opened it. The doctor told me the Bimix would last a long time if frozen. It didn't. I digress.

If I could get my glans to engorge I believe I could attain an orgasm.

That's the sensation that I am experiencing I think ... seems the glanis or head isn't engorged ... am curious if a band will help while injecting to keep enough blood flow

Once I get my Bimix working correctly, I'm going to try a band as well. Some swear by it.

Try Trimix. I never have a problem getting off with it. Did have one though with Viagra (when it was working).
I don't think a band would make a difference, but I use one for a *fortified* erection

Unfortunately, after having a RP the nerves aren't working. Taking Cialis or Viagra does no good. Hopefully my nerves will heal but I am 71 yrs. old and doubt that they will. Today I injected Bimix again and got a 90% erection (I have been missing the right spot with the needle of late) but no amount of help from my wife or my own efforts could get me off. Part of it may be anxiety (I'm still incontinent) but without an engorged glans its a losing effort. I've had one orgasm by masturbation since starting Bimix (began using in Nov 2016) and only because I had a strong erection (90%)and used a lot of porn to get my head straight. I have too much anxiety when I am with my wife and she puts a damper on doing the things that help me get excited. Her lack of libido and refusal to think out of the box is another story. I was thinking maybe of getting an implant down the road but now I can't see how that would help me achieve an orgasm if my glans does not get engorged. In the mean time I have ordered a Nobra Twin Charger vibrator that has been recommended on FT in hopes that it will enable me to get off. My wife today suggested that maybe a Venus 2000 might be in order (boy was that a surprised coming from her) but I want to wait for a while to see if things improve. I have had similar issues , using Edex (Alprostadil) for over 2 1/2 years. it first started to be a problem about 3 months in. It does, pardon the pun, 'come and go". Example: the last three times I had sex with my wife I came. This was over a 2 week span. The first 2 orgasms were incredible, really intense. the 3rd was too, only I had to work very hard to get there.

My uro has stated that the problem is not the Edex injections, since the med does its job, giving me a solid erection. The rest is "in my head" according to the doctor. Since I never had an issue masturbating it made some sense..."performance anxiety" is a buzz-killer and even though I have always been able to satisfy my wife, I do feel some anxiety about not reaching orgasm myself. In the recent year past I have had to work harder and harder to cum even when I am solo.

Any suggestions? Should I ask for a switch to tri-mix? I keep my erections quite well, though not as well as I used to when they'd be 2 hours or more. Now they drop back a little to maybe 90%, but then recover to full. I really love my injections and am a real expert at injecting. have had some luck cutting back from 16-18 units, which had been giving me very hard erections but they got kind of numb after 10 minutes or so. Cut back to 10 units, 6 or 8 when solo and now I cum maybe half the time....though with some work. Nice to know I have company in this. BTW I am attracted to my wife and she loves sex too. We can get pretty wild with role playing , dirty talk, experimenting in general. we are both fit and healthy generally.

Surfguy-I can't offer any advice since I haven't resolved it myself. I have been having problems getting the Bimix to work as I keep missing the spot. I thought the meds expired but it turns out it is my technique. Damn. I'm jealous of your relationship with your wife. Although I have a very loving marriage the physical side is lacking due to my wife's lack of libido. She just doesn't get it. I have too much anxiety in bed that's for sure. My wife is patient and tries to be helpful but.......

I will try a band around my penis next time to see if it helps with engorging the glans.
