Return of Erections after prostate surgery

Robotic surgery on Nov 14, 2016. Using Trimix, oral drugs do not produce any results. No erections without the trimix but it only takes about 4 units of 30-10-1 for a 4-5 hour erection. It's only been 5 months, so I'm still hopefully of a return to something of a natural erection. But I'm not counting on it.

I'm now 28 months post surgery. I started having nocturnal erections about 1 year after my surgery. I take 10mg of Indian origin Cialis (Tadalifil) every day. I now can get erections with stimulation. I had some ED prior to my prostatectomy. The erections I have now are similar to what I had pre-surgical if I didn't take viagra. Since the erections are sub optimal, I am still injecting for sex. I inject 5 units of Tri-Mix. I think I could complete the act without the injections but my wife likes the size and firmness I get following an injection. I think I enjoy the extra firmness also.

Had robotic June 2016 with bilateral nerve sparing too. I use Bimix (.15 ml) and get about 90% erection if I inject in the right spot. Still incontinent (2 pads over 24 hours). Kegels and P.T. therapy didn't help with leakage. Considering sling. I read enough about nerve sparing surgery prior to the R.P. to convince me that I would never get spontaneous erections again. I get not even a quiver. My penis is less sensitive now and my libido has taken a hit. I will keep up with the Bimix for the 24 month period after the R.P then decide what to do next. The upside is that I'm alive. I was at stage 3 when I had the R.P. at UCSF. My uro in my home town kept missing the cancer when he did the 1st two biopsies. He found it on the third try and sent me to UCSF. By then my PSA was 38.3.

This site is saving my sanity. I get a kick out of the senses of humor displayed her.

Get your urologist to check your testosterone. I was able to started testosterone injections 3 month after surgery, which is in heard of. No if I could just get this tri mix right with no pain

I had slight ed problem before RPC. Went from bimix all the way to quadmix. After RPC I was beginning to get some nocturnal erections but had to undergo 8 weeks of 5 days a week radiation last summer and that really did me in. Had an implant AMX LGX done February 15th. Recovering now but so far pleased with the results.
