Trimix Ache from which ingrediant

Just a question...

Of the three ingredients:
-Papaverine
-Phentolamine
-PGE1

Anyone have an opinion or experience from different prescripts as to which of these three causes the ache? Or is it more than one?....

Also, do all three need refrigeration? It seems the ache decreases with shelf life.. I am wondering if there is a relation.

most definitely the -PGE1 cause the pain. try using less dosage or get your Rx to lower the mcg quantity in your script.
an yes, keep it refrigerated. i usually freeze my vial and thaw to fill 4-6 syringes.

Good to know. My new ex is amped up,
30/2/40 so I am hoping to lower my dose and save some money.
Will see. But I had an idea it was the pge.
