Injection did absolutely nothing!

You might want to try Edex, straight Alprostadil. I've been using it for close to 3 years and have had maybe 3 "failures to launch". I always use with stimulation. My issue is frequent difficulty cumming. Nice mix for my wife! (and I enjoy being such a stud , but only to a point.). The right mix/potency is important. i started at 8 units, went up to 16 or more then cut back to 10 where I have the best combination of sensation and "rock hardness" that lasts an hour or 2 after I have an orgasm, if i do. At the higher levels I'd get really hard but lose sensation after just 4 or 5 minutes.

I know injections can be "the answer"erection-wise. But then there's still a lot of "head stuff" . Might be wise for you to return to uro for discussion and change in meds.

I hate to keep beating a dead horse, but when you believe you're in the right place, try to withdraw the plunger a bit.
If you don't get a drop or more of blood showing, go deeper or shallower. The syringe should maintain some suction to still draw blood. I personally, can't get satisfactory results when I don't see blood.

This morning, I didn't see blood at first, but after I wiggled the needle a little, there it was.

Hmm. I might try this. I just tried again today and the same thing happened. These past two injections were with a new vial they just sent me from the pharmacy. I've injected maybe 10 times or more before with previous vials and have always gotten some effect. I'm not sure if I'm missing or what. Maybe I'm injecting too far down the shaft?

Try injecting higher up and at 10-11:00/1-2:00...not 3:00/9:00.
Perhaps this batch is *off* since you're having more problems? Use higher dosage as well.

Yeah, I'm wondering if there is something wrong with this batch. One failure I can attribute to just missing, but two in a row makes me wonder. I still have an older vial that expired about a month ago, I could try that one. The expiration dates on these vials seem really short to me. I understand it's for sterility purposes.

Yeah we know you are in a rush at time of injecting but I think it is the key ...

I have better results when I plump up a little.
It also gives me more room between the goddam veins.

I used to use a low dosage of Viagra before to plump up, and it worked great (obviously not good enough for sex).
The only problem was it made me sluggish for part of that day.

You are lucky that in the US they actually make custom formulas. Here in Europe you get Prostaglandin 10um or 20um, in pure form. That's it, no bi, no tri, no quad "mix', no "formulas".
