My guess is that you may need to gradually increase the dosage until you reach the "Boner like a 19 year old but without the Stupid" stage. From my personal experience, I have needed to slowly increase my dosage over the last couple of years to maintain the spectacular results that I like. I have been injecting since 2010, I think. Also, ALWAYS bring this kind of issue to the attention of your cardiologist, internist, urologist, and just about every medical professional who sees you regularly except the dentist and the eye doctor. "Medicine not working" may be a symptomatic of something amiss in your circulatory or endocrine system. Best wishes for hard times.

Another proof that mood does affect the efficiency of Trimix. I was having sex with a new woman for the first time after injecting Trimix. I got a rock hard direction as usual, but as things have developed things go a little weird. She started to complain about everything: the position, me sweating even though she seemed to enjoy it she made me feel uncomfortable about the whole experience and my erection stared decline much faster than usual. She started to give me a hand job which I did not enjoy at all so I managed to masturbate myself to satisfaction and that was great.
Any other time I would have a rock hard erection for at least an hour. Mood does effect Trimix at least in my book lol.
All the best.

I have found that mood does not matter. The exception is when you're really not into it and you inject poorly as a result. A partial "miss" on the injection and a poor mood can definitely lead to a subpar performance. That said, I am a firm believer that if the injection is perfect -- and the medicine is fresh -- you will get the same result every time.
I've tried everything -- pills, injections pumps -- and now I am at the final frontier.

I was not able to get it up, even with the injection, if I wasn't in the mood.

Hate to take take exception here guys but I can't agree about mood determining results with Trimix as my initial injection was performed in my clinic by a male and there was another male nurse present as well. So here we are and I am nervous as hell having my little man stuck with a needle by a guy in a strange environment and they are standing there watching as I start to have a boner like never before. Then they start squeezing my hard dick and comparing notes about how hard it is and believe me there was nothing sexually stimulating about the situation at the time.

So, I couldn't have killed my erection if my life depended on it and drove home with a raging hard that lasted 3 hours. I guess it affects everybody different but with me mood does not change the effectiveness however, I will say that stimulation will make it a little harder at times. Just my .02 cents worth...
80, started ED issues in late 50's. Used Viagra, Cialis with some success but unreliable, expensive and side effects not acceptable. Started using Trimix 11/2016 and quit being effective. Implanted on May 22, 2014 by Dr Dean Knoll. AMS 700.

I did a test a few times to see if Trimix worked without being in the mood.
I did get hard and there was no way I was stopping it even though I was not sexually stimulated.
Started with Viagra at age 40. Worked good for about 12 years.
Tried Trimix injections, worked great for about 8 years
Now Trimix no longer works.
I got implant on Oct 26th 2022.

What do we need by "mood". I my case I lost my erection twice when the new partner was annoying me by not responding to my sexual advancement, complaining about everything and I just lost interest.
I'm sure we are all different. I'm a very sensitive man and mood affects me hard because I was made feel ashamed so many times as a kid. With a partner I know I have no problem being dominant and adventurous, but if somebody is not responding or annoying I lose interest fast.

Remember that you still have a brain and that brain can still detect arousal and that arousal can still start the chemicals flowing that produce an erection. Just because our penises don't hold onto the blood very well doesn't mean the chemicals aren't flowing anymore. The injection forces the cavernosa to engorge, and good old fashioned sexual stimulation will likely enhance that engorgement.
