Working 100% for one year after pills started to fail...I'm 71. Results are fantastic...I'm 18 again.
Go for injections if all else fails.

Injections (Trimix) since around 2010 - 2016.
Now doing PGE-1 only -- a lot cheaper than trimix and over the year the ache is lessening.
RP 2008 ... MUSE 2008-9 .. TriMix Gel 2009 .. Trimix 2009-2015 ... PGE-1 2016-2019 ..Misoprostal 2019 Onward. All worked.

JimStars, since 2010? Why haven't you thought about moving on to an implant? I have been on Trimix for only about 18 months but growing tired of the whole process. I find myself longing for the simplicity of the implant once the healing is over. But we'll see.
I've tried everything -- pills, injections pumps -- and now I am at the final frontier.

Cig...

Just lazy I guess -- and mostly shots are still working.

You are right though, it would be really nice to just pump er up any time.

Will have to think about it.

Given effectiveness of injections, I wouldn't think about an implant now..no way.
I'm 71 and F^&*K like a champ injecting. As long as I can get this type of response....implants are
off the radar. If and when injections fail, then it's a new ball game.

I used Trimix for 12 years, from ages 35 to 47. My dosage was about 0.16cc of a basic 10/1/30 formula. It gave me a solid erection for more than an hour. I rarely had any negative side effects. It recently became ineffective for me but I think getting twelve years was great. I wanted to wait until necessary for surgery.
ED since 35 with no known cause -- injections successful for over a decade with 10/1/30 and less than 20units but that became ineffective. Implanted penoscratally by Dr. Kramer of Baltimore on 9/13/17 with AMS 700 LGX 21cm + 0.5cm RTE at 47 years old

Eventually, every drug will become less and less effective as your body gets use to it. But, I agree, if it ain't broke, don't fix it. :)

I could not agree more.

Tri Mix worked for me about 18 months. Before that is was all the pills and each had their draw backs. After Tri Mix failed my urologist asked me when I was going to stop fooling around and just get an implant.
I was 78 at the time and was not ready to give up on sex. I have never regretted my urologist advice.
