What do you mean by *MIXED*?
Do you need to dilute it? I doubt that. They usually provide the #s as *PER Ml* concentration. Doesn't matter HOW much is dispensed (in your case 5ml). Makes sense that they suggest 5 units (very small dose), since the strength appears to be FIVE TIMES the standard concentration!

Yea after looking at the per ml amount it is 30/1/10. I will be trying 2.5 units this weekend and seeing the results, fingers crossed! Have pseudoephedrine on hand as well.

My take...at least 15 units. 2.5 is nothing.

Rahod1;
Please create a signature. It makes things much easier to answer your questions without asking a lot of questions. Here's how you do it
Click on your name in the top right corner and select "user control panel"

Then under the big letters "User Control Panel" there is a row of words... select "Profile"

Then down the left had side of the "User Control Panel" select "Edit Signature" (You might have Create Signature or something. I don't know exactly what you'll get because I already have a signature to edit)

Most guys put something like what I have, but you can put whatever you want. Here is mine -
"AMS 700 (18 + 2 rte's). Implanted March 30, 2017 by Dr. Brock of London, Ont, CANADA. Great surgeon. Went in to septic shock and had to have implant removed April 29, 2017. I'm from Belleville, Ontario, CANADA. Appt. for consult for second attempt is on November 6, 2017... I can't wait."

Don't get too carried away with the doctor like his name, address, phone number, etc (anything that looks like advertising for him).. you can certainly say Dr. Jones (great Dr.)

If you need further help, please ask, that's what I'm here for.

I'm confused, this is the first time with Trimix. I have 2 questions:

1. My script says: Trimix 10ug x 2 syringes - does this means that the trimix must contains 10ug prost (aprostadil)
2. I'm using a D U-100 insulin syringe indicating 0.5ml or 50 units The compounding pharmacist said 50 units or 0.5ml a shot and supplied me with 2ml of mixture.

I'm too scared ending up in emergency with a telephone pole. It's now after hours and he will only be back on Monday at his compounding station.

Any advice will help, thanks

DaVinci procedure in Oct 2015, PSA is between 0.02 and 0.03 since then. Nerves couldn't be spared as the cancer invaded the nerves as well as the neck of the bladder. 100% ED, used only a pump and constrictor rings

Keep it refrigerated and wait until Monday if necessary so you can clarify your instructions. Before taking any make sure you have pseudoephedrine on hand. The regular and not the times release. Use it right away for an extended erection. You lost all nerves so you'll probably need a good strong dose but you never know. I'd start off light and I'm not sure what light would be with that script description. I'd wait.
R.R.P 2011 Mayo Jacksonville, Dr. M. Wehle. Not nerve sparing. C in margins. Radiation 2023, V.E.D, Viagra and PGE-1 (80mcg/ml) injections @ 8 - 14 units. Originally Edex20, then compounded PGE due to cost. Inject. 12 yrs. It works. Treasure coast of FL.

Thanks, that is good advice. I'll hang on until Monday, I'm also 65kms from emergency and do not want to have a hard ride
