starting to inject, 77, ed for about 5 years. My first 5ml was a starter kit(lol). started with 1 unit, went to 2 units, then 3 with not much success. Complained to doc. Now, new prescription TWICE as strong. Thinking to start with 2.5 units. Hoping for a rock hard experience. Cant start until this weekend.

Please create a signature. It makes things much easier to answer your questions without asking a lot of questions. Here's how you do it
Click on your name in the top right corner and select "user control panel"

Then under the big letters "User Control Panel" there is a row of words... select "Profile"

Then down the left had side of the "User Control Panel" select "Edit Signature" (You might have Create Signature or something. I don't know exactly what you'll get because I already have a signature to edit)

Most guys put something like what I have, but you can put whatever you want. Here is mine -
"AMS 700 (18 + 2 rte's). Implanted March 30, 2017 by Dr. Brock of London, Ont, CANADA. Great surgeon. Went in to septic shock and had to have implant removed April 29, 2017. I'm from Belleville, Ontario, CANADA. Appt. for consult for second attempt is on November 6, 2017... I can't wait."

Don't get too carried away with the doctor like his name, address, phone number, etc (anything that looks like advertising for him).. you can certainly say Dr. Jones (great Dr.)

Thought my dick was going to explode. 5 units of trimix does the job but causes me lots of pain. 30% of guys are allergic to PGE-1 in trimix( that is the heavy lifter in trimix) and I causes sever pain. Now using 1 unit of trimix with 30 units of bimix 30-2

Welcome! It''s good to see that you are working closely with your doctor. Be patient and stay with the process until you see results. Trimix works differently for everybody, so don't get frustrated if your trial and error takes a while. Keep us posted!

Still testing to find the right dosage. Current is Apro 10, Pap 22.5, Phen 1mg. Last try was 2.5 units, erection maybe a 5 but duration a 2, Next dose per doc is 3.5 and adding a rubber cock ring.
How does my current mixture compare to what you are using? My previous dosage was 5-15-500mcg and three attempts at 1, 2, 3 units didnt do the job so doc doubled the strength.

I use mono-mix. It's 80 MCG per ML of alprostadil (PGE). With a reasonably fresh mix (which I keep frozen) I'm using 6 to 9 units depending on planned use. I supplement with Lyps brand novelty cock rings and often some generic viagra. So far it's been working well for several years.

New also first shot today at dr. .3ML of Trimix 30mg/1mg/10mcg/ml left the dr with a hard on and 1.5 hours still like a rock started to ice down after 2.5 hours still hard called dr he said to take a Sudafed and come back in. I'm at 3.5 hours and the dr had to drain me said wait 2 weeks and try .1ML. That would be great if that worked then I can get 50 shots out of my 5ML vial

Ill let you know how this works hate to wait 2 weeks this was the first erection since I had my prostate removed 14 months ago. I have been using the pump which I really don't like not normal but with the pump I gain 1" in length and girth was crazy wide.

Unfortunately the wife is out of town so she did not get to enjoy it but I did. lol she will have to wait
