Tri mix issues

9 months post open RP..Used bi mix 30:1 for 14 shots (last was 100 units)... no up and high erections...size good...orgasms dry but good...changed to tri mix 30:1: .2 ... units 20 -30 were best .. tried 40 and 45 units ..good size..better up and high but want better ..lost sensitivity (no orgasm) ..engorgement aches ..when I stand I get bigger and more erect.... bladder leaks more at this dose...lasting full engorgement.. use Sudafed ..helps somewhat.. Has anyone else lost sensitivity? Experienced no up and high erection? Have lasting ache? Worse leaking? How long can I expect to see improvement?

The ache is from the Prostaglanden in the Tr iMix. In the Bi Mix you only have Paparine and Regatine and there are different levels of Tri Mix with increased prostaglanden, which causes the ache. I had the same problem a painful erection, a a dull ache. If you Google these medications they due identify the problem

I also had nerve sparing robotic prostetectomy at IU in indianapolis in April of 2016, Could not withstand the pain from my dose of 10/30/1 Trimix. Lousy results with Bimix so my last prescription of Trimix was 3/30/5. Slight ache for 24 hours but tolerable. Still needed to inject 80 units for good result. just picked up new prescription increasing Alprostadil to 5mcg. Will see how it goes. Hoping I can use less.

I have been on the injections for 25 years. Started on Bi Mix at .20 up until a few years ago when the Bi Mix no longer did the job. I am pushing .50 with Tri Mix with not great success. I am on my third level of Tri Mix each has more prostaglanden which now gives a dull qache

I just moved up to29.4/20/2 from 29.4/10/1.I was up to 70 units on the old.They say to start at 25 units like the original script.Does that sound right to you guys?My wife is not liking me using the injections or maybe is hoping to be done with sex altogether.I haven't tried the new dose.I'm about ready to look for someone to try it with.

Sounds pretty conservative to me. Maybe better safe than sorry. If it was me I would start at 50 units. that is what I am going to do. I think you are right about giving up the sex thing though. I think with men , that is the last thing we want to give up whether we need it or not. Macho thing

I'm at .1ml super results little pain but not much goes away after a couple hours, Ill take the little pain for the fun..........
I have to ice even with .0ml after 2 hours still somewhat hard after 4 even on ice

I mix my injections. I use 1 unit of trimix that has .8 pge-1 and 30 units of 30-2 bimix. Still have some pain. Going to implant. shots are causing scaring even at this low dosage
