I injected this last time closer to the head. It was a little more tougher to penetrate. Although it worked, i noticed that there was a little less staying power. I don't know if that had anything to do with where I injected or not, but I will return to the halfway point.

Indeed they are. There's so many things that can go wrong... And the fact that nobody is the same down there and even one's own penis will change shape and size between every injection doesn't help at all. As i've posted on my own thread from some months ago, i've been using injections for some 12-13 years now and i STILL get random results.
I suppose the randomness might be somewhat countered with a very stronger dose of medication, but here in EU we don't get "formulas", you get pure Alprostadil and that's it. It'd say we are fucked but considering the context i guess we are not

That's one reason I quit using the injections... when I wanna, I wanna, and I don't want some temperamental injection deciding if I screw my wife tonight or not.

My results are pretty consistent especially now that I'm on compounded alprostadil. Using the smaller syringes I can feel for the correct spot much better than I could when I was on the alprostadil. The ability to withdraw the plunger helps a lot and the greatly reduced amount of rubber you're having to push inside the syringe also helps a bunch. If I had to go back to Edex I'd try to get syringes so I could transfer to a regular insulin syringe for the actual injection. I've taken the larger Edex doses and mixed them according to instructions and then used them as a vial and drawn two doses out with 2 small insulin syringes. It worked just fine.

Urologists tried caverject or something like that, and it was too painful poking the side of my penis with that. It was instant erection, but I did not like that small needle. That is when I decided to have the implant and it was the best decision of my life. Have had two and both have been great.
