I have a small flaccid penis too. I started out with the 1/2" needle, with little success. I switched to a 5/16", no difference. I am now on the strongest dose my urologist prescribes, no luck. I get an erection hard enough for sex, as long as I stand and don't move. So I am trying to get an implant. Way too frustrating! I'm avoiding sex the same as I did when I first started experiencing ED.

Can't wait to have my dick cut open!

Yes, absolutely. You can even inject too far in with a 5/16 if you bury it deep enough. Either should work fine when you get your technique down correctly.

If I am completely flaccid at 1.25-1.375" dia I use a 5/16" buried to the hub. If we have been frisky beforehand - usually the case - and partially erect at 1.75"dia I use a 1/2"x30 ga.

Only you, your doctor and some experimentation will be able to determine that.

Well yes and no. You can definitely take too much but an actual too large of a dick isn't really the issue. In many cases it can become uncomfortable to extremely painful. However, the real risk of "too much" is a priapism (persistent and painful erection of the penis) where the erection lasts too long endangering the health of the tissues.

How does the drug work?

Injections work well for most men. They don't work well for about 20% of men. Being diabetic increases the chances that it they won't work for you but I don't know to what percentage.

Many men find that a constriction ring helps make the difference. You might also want to explore that topic.

My urologist told me to 'bury the needle.' That met with spotty results. I don't inject--my 'Naughty Nurse' takes care of that. It's become part of our foreplay. She slides the needle in just short of 'buried,' injects about half the dose, then pulls out 1/8 to 1/4 inch and empties the syringe. That's her 'best shot.' We get good results most of the time. I posted a vid under 'Best injection video I've seen.' Watch that and you may see something helpful. I really believe massaging the joy juice around the penis is helpful after the injection. I decided to abandon chemistry and use only vacuum way to . Personal for me it is very effective and the result is visible very well and very quickly . The body gets used to drugs and injections that are not so effective and do not have the proper effect over time .But the vacuum method is much more effective and safer . I had almost the same problem errect unless i sat down then drained fast i started taking daflon for varicose veins and i shit you not i can now keep it hard 30 min after i inject i squeeze the base looks stupid but seems to keep the meds working i have been on daflon 90 days and my leg is better also
