Hello
I need to get this problem solved and fast.
I have the lowest dose for Trimix since i 'm new to the medication.
I seem to be getting inconsistent results from my dose of .03 which is a tiny amount.
I settled on .03 because the erection duration isn't that bad
however, last night, I took the same .03 dose and was fully erect by 8:30 PM
my damn erection did not abate until l 6 AM ! WTF , why are the results so drastically different?
I even took the sudafed and that did not help at all.
Could it be that I did not shake the bottle after it defrosted? I was thinking since I did not shake the bottle
I got a highly concentrated dose . I know I need to get this figured out as this time it was bloody painful-affected my sleep.
Also, I'm curious- if a person did go to the emergency room for PriaPrism what would they do to bring down the erection?
thx
Yes, .03 is just a few drops. I 'm just past the first line on an 100 unit insulin syringe, but stop before the second line which should be 3 units.
PS: the dose i'm taking is the following:
PGE1 10 mcg
PAPA 30mg
PHENT 2mg
and no on your question about taking any other kind of ED pill

I can't answer most of your questions but I'm curious what is your prescribe Trimix strength? Did you take any other ED drugs like Viagra and Cialis in the same 24 hour period. When you say .03 your literally talking about a few drops right or 1.5 clicks on a 100 unit syringe?

tsar,
You need to call and talk to your doctor before continuing. There is reportedly serious risk of injury with a boner for that length of time. I have no experience but I believe the doctor can prescribe an antidote shot you can keep on hand in case it happens again. Talk to your doctor!
I assume you're referring to 3 units as indicated on a U-100 insulin syringe. That's not much. That small amount could be wildly influenced by shot placement. Metering less accurately would be difficult. You might ask the doctor to prescribe a weaker mix so you can have better control. You probably want to consider using 3/10 cc or 30 unit syringes if you aren't already.
I doubt shaking or not had an effect.
If you go to the ER they will probably start with the antidote shot but it gets worse from there is that doesn't work. Google!
