Hello,
Thank you for your response!
The new Trimix Double Strength:(PPP)
Prostglanin 11.8mcg/ml
Pappaverine 18mcg
Phentolamine Mesylate o.6mg/ml
Question could I alternate after few days and try Cialis and see how it works for me if I've been away from the Trimix for a few days? Just to see and help with the penis shrinkage?
Thank you for the comments!

Hello All first timer I'm now on injection # 6
Re: Hello All first timer I'm now on injection # 6
I'm not a medical professional of any kind. Anything I post is based on my own experiences at best and delusions or hallucinations at worst. Always ask your doctor and follow his/her advice.
I use mono-mix but based on my readings your formula is still on the weak side and not something I'd consider double strength. If you go to the Documents Worth Reading thread (https://www.franktalk.org/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=9266) you will find links to take you to 3 examples of standard commercially available mixes to compare your formula to. As you can see, even those standards vary quite a bit but it should give you and idea of standard mixes if there is such a thing as standard mixes.
I'd ask your doctor about switching between or alternating with Cialis. I have no experience with Cialis. I do use generic Viagra and I even use both at the same time fairly often, although I don't think it's recommended by any medical professional, so keep that in mind. Also my ED is a result of a radical robotic prostatectomy and is total without injections, so my experience won't be a good standard.
Cialis may have more long term effect than Viagra which could elevate risk in alternating as compared to Viagra. I just don't know. I don't think there is risk associated with alternating shots with Viagra as I believe it gets fully metabolized in considerably less than 24 hrs. But again, I'm not a medical professional so my advice here is of limited or no value.
The pills alone, with stimulation, will only give me a little thickening and stiffening that isn't even visible. Only I can tell the difference. The point being that my ability to use Viagra with injections or close in time with them, should not be mistaken as evidence that the practice is safe. Ask your doctor.
I told my doctor I use both. He asked me why with a look of puzzlement. I explained that use of the pills allowed me to use less of the mono-mix. He just said "OK". End of conversation. I chose to take that as on endorsement although it obviously wasn't. We all believe what suits our reality, at least as long as we can get away with it. I think using Viagra with my injection helps me substantially. ASK YOUR DOCTOR!
I'm also a firm believer in using novelty cock rings with injections (and the generic Viagra). If you want to try rings you'll have to experiment and find which ones work for you and be prepared to throw some away. I like the Lyps brand. They work for me and are cheap. At least one FT member uses Velcro ties from hardware stores. I didn't like those but use what works for you. I like ones that go behind the boys as it kinda lifts and stiffens the whole package. Wife likes the rings too. I use a smaller one around the boys themselves but that's not to aid the erection. It's just because wife likes it. Heck, I'd tie a bow around them if that's what she wanted. Sorry if TMI.
