Daily Cialis ... Plus Caverject?

I hate to bring up this question AGAIN, but seems there really is not a clear cut answer... I'm a daily user of Cialis (5mg) and want to start using caverject for porn-star quality performance on the days I need/want it. My pharmacist said, "I don't see any chemical reason why you can't combine them." And my doctor said, "You should be fine." But both of these answers sound so tentative! I am basically worried about low blood pressure and priapism. If anyone has any thoughts on this please share. Thanks all.

Here is what the Caverject site says:

There is no approved injectable treatment using multiple drug components or “cocktails”
for erectile dysfunction. Moreover, there are no data on the efficacy and safety of these
combinations

I guess that if there was something BAD we'd know about it??? But hate to experiment like that...

Well, I take daily 5mg of Cialis and add a Trimix injection before intercourse. So far, the results have been quite positive, and I think your pharmacist and doctor are right. The Cialis provides nightly (actually very early morning) erections, but the injections provide the successful conclusion I'm looking for. I have not observed any negative consequences. Littlejohn

I also take daily Cialis (10 mg) and Trimix on those special days. Been doing it for 8 months without any problems. On "off" days the Cialis allows me to generat an erection with the assistance of an Osbon constriction band. My Uro raised his eyebrows when I told him I did not stop the Cialis when he started me on Trimix and asked me why I wanted to use both. When I advised him how the Cialis helped me on off days, he did not object.

I have also advised my endocrinologist that I am using both, and he had no objection either, though he did give me that look that he thought I might be oversexed. In reality, I only orgasm on Trimix days. I have problems ejaculating with a constriction band on.

I just wanted to follow up to say I've had no problems combining the injections and the Cialis whatsoever. To echo what was said earlier, the Cialis is great for daily use, but the injections are good for when you need a little extra.

I totally agree. I had sex this morning for over an hour using just a cock ring thanks to daily Cialis. However, if I want to achieve penetration withou constriction, I need to inject Trimix. No complications so far after nine months of using both. I also occasionally use 50 mg of Viagra with constriction to reduce the number of injections.

I have been on active surveillance for low-volume/low risk prostate cancer since 2008. Results from numerous biospies and MRIs indicate that my cancer level and staging has not changed between 2008 and 2015. I have had ED since the late 1990's - before prostate cancer came into the picture. Was using Viagra until it stopped working 2 years ago. Have been using Trimiix for last two years with Ok results. Erections not as firm as I'd like.

Has anyone on active surveillance for prostate cancer had experience using a combination of Trimix and Viagra, Cialis, or Levetria? If so, does your Uro or other MD support this? What combination do you use? Will be seeing my Uro in two weeks and plan to discuss this with him. Thanks.

I used caverject for a few months, and had a bad experience with it. I wound up with a deformed penis, like peyronnies disease. I now have a flat area on my penis and it's curved. I wish I'd never tried the injections. I now use cialis for daily use 5mg on the day of date night and viagra 1hour before. It sorta works. I mean it's about 50 -50 between actually having intercourse and masturbating. We enjoy it.
