I thought you did 20 or 30 units at near twice the dilution equaling less than an Edex 20.

It does sound like you're paying a lot. I pay $125 for 10 ml at 80mcg per ml. I think it would be the same price if it was at 100mcg per ml. I got the impression most of the cost was in the labor. They charge the same for Tri-mix. Unfortunately, they don't ship overseas or even out of state. However, if you think what you're paying is expensive you should check out the state side prices for Edex.

Did you try manual injections yet?

I'm not a medical professional of any kind. Always consult your doctor and follow his/her advice.

Well, assuming you're injecting correctly, you may have to consider a VL. You'll need a competent doctor to sort that out and it's implications. That will likely involve a trip to the states and some visits with a specialist or two. Meanwhile, you might want to consider adding a cock ring to the mix. I use one and I find it complements the injections well. For this use I use novelty sex shop rings. They'er generally cheap, which is good, as you'll probably have to go through several brands and models until you find the one(s) that work for you. The worse the VL the tighter the ring. I personally like silicone rings as they seem safer than metal or other non-flexible models. The ring combined with the injection should at least work better. If the ring is real tight and really bones you out then it shouldn't be worn for extended periods.

I think Edex is prescribed and available world wide. It does require a script. It's very expensive if purchased states side. However, my brother gets Edex supplied by the VA. You could check out that option but it's the same drug as what you're using. If alprostadil doesn't work neither will Edex. AND you would have to manually inject it. It won't work in an autoject.
