What is the Biggest reason to not....

I'm very happy with the results I get from injecting. The pain is negligible to nonexistent. I do have some anorgasmia but I'm fairly certain that came with the prostatectomy. There is risk from the implant and satisfaction, although good, isn't universal. Complications, although rare, do happen. The decision is irreversible. Sure, it can be removed but damage is done. If it's time for an implant it's a wonderful arrow to have in the quiver.

Even at my age and dick condition my dick occupys a large enough percentage of my consciousness. I don't need the added effect that having a fuller somewhat semi-erect dick 24/7 would have on my thought processes. Sexual thoughts already occupy enough of my mind. I don't need or want an implant but I'm glad the option exists.
