Re: Questions about results
Even though I use Trimix, I also use a VED to apply a cock ring to enhance my erection. I typically inject 8 units of 30-5-50 Trimix [papaverine (mg), phentolamine (mg), PGE-1 (mcg)], which is enough for a reasonable erection. After about 15 minutes of foreplay, I then use the VED to apply the cock ring (Encore #8 or #9), which enhances my erection but doesn't constrict enough that I have to worry about removing it after 30 minutes. I have never had a problem with bleeding from the injection site. This may be because of the procedure that my urologist recommended for injection. He told me to wrap my hand around my erection after injection and hold it for 3 minutes.
71 years old in 2018; married 49 years. ED since 2001. PD5 inhibitors (Viagra, etc.) worked with increasing dosages until side effects got too bad by 2017. Now using Trimix injections. Delayed ejaculation has been a continuing problem since 2012.

Re: Questions about results
I too had my prostate removed about 1 year ago and Mr. Happy's length is not what it was prior to surgery. My urologist told me that I could expect to regain some of the length as time went on, but I don't think that has happened. Tomorrow I will receive my first injection for E.D. at the doctor's office... I had ED issues for many years now and pills don't seem to work well any more. I'm a little apprehensive about the injection because I had a very painful experience when another urologist's assistant gave me one about 15 years ago. I truly don't think the Dr. knew what she was doing. The needle looked quite long and I think she penetrated the urinary canal in the penis. I have more confidence in the Dr. that will be doing it tomorrow and I will follow up with a report. As far as length goes, I think I will start using a vacuum device also. They seem to have have outcomes.

I hope it was a technique issue with the doctors assistant and not a drug incompatibility.
It is my personal non-professional opinion that you will continue to lose size if not used. I also believe that injections will stop or reduce atrophy and size loss. I think using a VED can actually reverse some of the loss. That's why I use mine. But what do I know. I'm not a doctor or medical professional.
That is my understanding as well.

Re: Questions about results
Thanks for the feedback guys. I have a vacuum device which I will start using as well. I just found out about the notifications and private messages at the upper right side of the pc screen, otherwise I would have replied sooner. This is a great site and I will try to provide more input into the discussions. Thanks all !
