The only real concern is that after the two hour mark it starts to ache a little bit, can be uncomfortable. It goes to 10-11 o'clock and stays there and is very rigid with no flex at all. I could probably drop down to .03 maybe even .02...at least the vial will last me a long time and it's certainly cost-efficient
HIFU procedure for prostate cancer (Gleason 4+3) late 2018. Recurrence 2020, HDR Brachytherapy. Nerves spared but traumatized. Tried all PDE5i meds, hit and miss. First trimix inj Feb 2019. 30/1/25. Total ED as of late 2020

I never used injections I refused to stick a needle in my cock and can do it every three days. My wife and I do it like 6 times a day when we are active. I had the AMS 700 penile implant six weeks ago. Some of the best $$$ we ever spent. I pump it up whenever I want and can stay hard as long as I want.
