First time trying trimix

That's what it did to me when it started failing. Before I could orgasm I was going soft. Even as I increased the dosage there would still be times that happened. My dose got so high (60 units) my penis would ache the next day. When Trimix & Quadmix failed all the time had to take the final step- implant.
I'm not a doctor but it really sounds like you have a serious venous leak. Blood comes in but rushes out too fast. Have you seen a urologist who specializes in men's health? Usually a doppler test will show what is going on.
An offhand suggestion would be to use a cock ring. I was using one when injections began to fail, helped keep me hard enough for sex.

Please, if you haven't yet, try adding a novelty/sex shop cock ring to the mix. I use one around my shaft behind the boys and I find it helps a substantial amount. My choice would be a silicone ring. The jelly rings aren't firm enough. There are a multitude of options so you'll have to experiment. Expect rejects. I'm currently using the PerfectFit PlayZone set which can be found on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/Perfect-Fit-Rings-Sturdy-Storage/dp/B01J84E5OK. I'm sure they can also be found elsewhere. I like this set for the size options you get. I haven't used all of them and probably never will.

Can't you ever just be encouraging to guys trying out injections. Hooper is just starting and hasn't found his correct mix or dose yet. Try giving him a chance before bringing the doom and all is lost without an implant scenario.

I have been working with a urologist who specializes in sexual dysfunction. We went through the process of pills, cockrings and ultimately now injections. I mentioned venous leak to him but he said that VL is uncommon and very unlikely not an issue for me. No tests were done which I wasn’t happy about. I bought some silicone rings (pack with few diff sizes) few months ago but I didn’t find them that useful. My issue has always been that my penis deflates immediately without manual stimulation and never stays hard inside during intercourse. I thought the injections would be a slam dunk since I still get morning wood and natural erections and can masturbate to ejaculation easily. But I guess I have to play around with the dosages to see if I hit the right amount.

I was very hesitant with injections as I felt like I would mess them up and cause damage to my penis as well as the anxiety of sticking a needle inside your penis just to get a hard on. Ultimately I overcame it for the sake of sexual functionality but the upsetting part is the possibility that even this could not be an effective treatment for me.

I am seriously questioning if I should just get the implant done to be done with this up and down experiment of trying to get a lasting erection.

Try using the novelty cock rings WITH the injections. Rings by themselves do nothing for me either but they do boost the injections. I'm not advocating using medical rings for this as they are too stiff and will leave you time limited for use.

I wish you the best and pray you find the best solution for you whatever that turns out to be. It difficult but don't get discouraged. Keep plugging away until you get there.

Sorry injections aren't working for you. Keep playing with the dosage, consult with your doctor. Possibly a stronger mix? If you get an erection after an injection you must be hitting the right spot.
When you get an erection, then try intercourse and you go soft, does your erection return if you pull out and stimulate your penis again?

When you get an erection, then try intercourse and you go soft, does your erection return if you pull out and stimulate your penis again?

It does return with manual stimulation after going soft but usually becomes soft again when I try for intercourse again.

Part of me thinks maybe because my hand provides a form of stimulation that my partners vagina otherwise doesn’t (im not very experienced in bed as most of my life I was masturbating instead of having sex). But I also noticed during masturbation that I deflate real quick the moment I stop stimulating.
