I divide my flaccid length, base to where the glans starts, into five imaginary "zones," which gives me ten injection sites, which I rotate through, hoping to minimize scar tissue formation. I find that all the zones work fine as long as I hit the corpus. To avoid visible veins, I pull my flaccid length out as far as possible, and shift the skin a little to move the veins. I think the stretching also minimizes the amount of tissue intercepted by the needle, and thus produces less scarring.
Age 80 in 2025. On testosterone replacement due to hypothalamus malfunction. (Attention depressed guys: low testosterone is a cause.) Healthy health nut but ED due to getting old. Like to keep enough cardiovascular ability to thrust for 30 min.
