If Im not down after 2 hours, I take the Sudafed. Dont take chances. I heard that if your erection softens some thats ok because that means there is some flow of blood.

I also think we are in total agreement. I may have not read our earlier post very accurately. If the dosage is fine-tuned, events of priapism are very uncommon. In is good to have sudafed on hand just in case. If you actually have to take it then you and your doctor were probably not fine-tuning the dosage very well.
